ABOUT
A programme featuring a wide variety of musical styles. The contrasts in music colours, language, intensity and instrumental combinations, allude to certain aspects of oriental aesthetics, reminiscent of the imagery of a Japanese garden amidst the snow of winter.

Works for female voice, violin and piano by Japanese, British and Greek composers: Jo Kondo, Sadao Bekku, Aya Okajima*, Jonathan Harvey, George Leotsakos, Emilios Riadis and Basil Athanasiadis*.     (*world premier)

In collaboration with the Greek-Japanese Association and under the auspices of the Embassy of Japan in Greece.
